Drama and Weddings

Patrik Sjöberg, the legendary swedish highjumper has written a book about his life and he is said to pretty much spill it all, the sad part is that he also says that he was molested by his trainer the famous Viljo Nousiainen and more athletes have now come forward saying that they too were molested. Its sad, but I must say i find it really upstanding and strong of them to take a stand and tell what happened. Saying that they have nothing to be ashamed of since they are the victims, I applaude them for doing this since it sends a signal to kids everywhere that its not their fault and that they should tell someone if they are being molested and used. I have never been a fan of Sjöberg before but this is very strong of him.

This Friday will probably mostly be about the Royal Wedding in England where Prince William will marry his Kate, a commoner. I think its great that the royals can marry whom they choose themselfs, But I do however feel that monarcy is a remnant from an tyrant way of ruling and I feel that monarcy has no place in a democracy, sure they are all cute while they wave and smile but they should just abdicate and move to a sunny place in my humble opinion. I wonder what type of gift i would get them, the swedish article said that one would be rude if one gave them a sextoy, and I agree on that, perhaps a book about the tyrany the people has suffered during the course of history while being ruled by evil kings..But That might be rude to..

And Im exited that the World Championship Icehockey tournament is starting today, Im intressted in seeing how Oliver Ekman-Larsson will hold up in the Swedish Nationalteam.

Wednesday

Wednesdays are usually washing-day for me, I usually wash my clothes and my bedsheets and clean my apartment. I dont know why I always do that on wednesdays but I guess its just a good day to do it, its kinda boring though so why not do it on a day like this? Its as good as any..Nothing new today, exept for the fact that the legendary Phil Spector appeals his 2009 murderconviction. He was sentenced to 19 years to life, which I guess would mean that he gets out after 19 years? Im not all that familiar with the american justicesystem, but I know California still sentence persons to death, so maybe 19 years would be a relative mild sentence? I dont know, im thinking its mild according to US standards, I guess 19 years would be considered a severe punishment in Sweden though? A swedish serialrapist will probably face a sentence of 14 years in prison, meaning he will be out after 2/3 of 14 years, but that would be an unusual punishment for swedish standards. I cant for my life think that a man like the swedish serialrapist is mentally sane and I would guess he´d be better of at an institution for the legally insane, but as the swedish laws are slowly changing I dont think he will get psychiatric care which probably would help him more than just spending a few years in prison without any therapy to speak of…Well I guess thats the way the swedish politicians wants it to be and when the brain speaks the butt should remain silent..

I was at the store today and I was very envirmonentally incorrect today, i bought bottled water and thats eventhough I know how bad they are for the enviroment..They are however very tasty…Yummy yummy yummy I has LOVE in the tummy

Obama or Nobama?

Wow, I can´t believe it has been so long since Obama was elected president already? New election in 2012? Man I am getting older by the day. I am however wondering if he will be re-elected for the oval office in 2012, he doesnt seem to be that popular, but I guess that he is more of a humanitarian and socialist than what America is used to? And in all honesty he has had to work in a long hard uphill after G.W Bush´s way to run the country. Also, I cannot imagine why Obamas health reform would prove to be so difficult to approve. Many parts of the civilized world has that kind of healthcare already..But i dont know, its easy to speak about being a beacon of freedom as long as no one questions you I guess…Wwll ´Nuff said about that.

I has had a good day today, I am still floating on clouds a bit after a wonderful weekend with my lovely girlfriend, It was really nice to plan for our home togheter and re-arrange the appartment so we both will like it. Its really nice to have such a wonderful and beautiful girlfriend and Im glad that she makes me so happy. Im just longing for time to pass quicker so that we can live togheter for real.

I am at this moment listening to my Itunes and a song by Live came up on the playlist. The song is ”Lightning crashes” it was quite some time since I listened to it but it is really awsome. Its about when tragedy strikes and the lyrics are really touching…

Hall of Fame and the beginning of spring.

I am beginning to think that spring might be on its way to Northern Europe, I am feeling some warm winds in my face when I am outside and that has been a while for me. The winters are really long up here and quite unamusing, but hey, thats life, atleast we have good coffee and computers to keep us warm. Perhaps the famous swedish sin was invetned due to the cold and hard winters? i dont know, but that might be the case.

I read the papers today and I was amused that there was a house in Wales that looked like old Adolf  ”im so mad I be shouting” Hitler, and honestly that do look like him and that is actuallt funny eventhough Hitler was a murderous lunatic with a bad hairday every day. But that is entertainment for ya. Speaking of Hitler, there is a mausoleum in the Moscows redsquare where the remains of Lenin lays upon a lit de parade, but now they start to wonder if it wouldnt be better to just bury the old man, and I must agree. having dead people in a glassbox for every one to look at feels creepy and borderlining to insanity. I for one was raised in a home where my mother was a fan of him so to speak, but I would not want to see him anyhow. Id rather have someone give me his autograph. I have a birthday in the fall so start looking mother, it would only set you back a few thousands I think. More than one grand but less than ten I would assume…

I am also a bit sad that sweden has lost everything of the anti-war stand we used to have. In conflicts all over the world Sweden has always had a neutral stand but that is all gone. Swedish forces are now in Afghanistan and on their way to Libya and I must say that I would agree with helping NATO, if we were infact a part of them but we are not so it makes no sense. We do not want to be members of NATO still we will wage war side by side with them? Well I guess thats a part of poitics a pacifist like me would never understand. 1 2 3

I Got a real Mark Messier autograph today though so I am quite happy…He is one of the alltime greatest players and he is a member of Hockey Hall of Fame. Very Nice , but I never understood why they call him ”The Moose” haha

Music and me..

Music and me is more than an album from the late great Nate Dogg, Whom I will miss since I really like his music.  I love music, and I want to listen to it and sing it as often as I can, the thing is I find that my tast in music varies from day to day, or should I perhaps say that it varies depending on the mood I am in. When I am tired for instance I always feel like listening to the opera, like Pavarotti or Andrea Bocelli or better yet  Beethovens symphonys. No other music can soothe my tired soul as Beethoven powerful music, and when I feel cuddly I really like to listen to Chopin or perhaps more contempory music such as Enya or Era, even if I wouldnt hesitate to place Enya in the classical genre as well. Its just lovely.

When I am sad I like Beegees for some reason and of course the blues like Buddy Guy and Etta James. If you ever want to hear a great song you should listen to Etta James sing Out of the rain, man that is powerful, she is awsome.

I consume all kinds of music, like Rammstein, Sabaton..You name it and I must also mention that Motörheads Lemmy Kilmister is a genious who deserves more recognision. Lemmys lyrics are always dead on and in your face brutal, makes you realize your thoughts even before you know you feel them, I saw him live once in Gothenburg and he was awsome. He started his gig with motörhead by ditching his cigarettebutt right in the audience..Perhaps a fan got a keepsake? Rock n roll will never be the same when he chooses to quit.

Todays mail included a signed indexcard from swedish hockeygoalie and risingstar Viktor fasth, whom I am pretty sure you will see in a bigger league sometime soon, and I hope he will be in the swedish squad for the icehockey worldchampionships.

1 2 3 I read the news alot, and this past year has revealed an scandal worthy of a Tom Hanks movie directed by Steven Spielberg. A convicted Serialkiller, who allegedly killed atleast 7 people in Sweden and Norway and was convicted of those murders more or less on his own admission alone has now retracted his admission and now it seems like he is innocent of all the murders he has been convicted of. In all honesty I can see that happening in one case, but 7?? That is really bad. The thing is that he was legally insane and heavily medicated when he started to confess to the murders and now it turns out that he confessed in order to obtain a free amount (more or less) of pills that made him and the addict in him very happy..I dont think a greater misscarriage of justice has happened in Sweden because not only was a mentaly disturbed man allowed to get convicted without any real evidence BUT several murderers are still walking around as free men (or women) that is insanely bad…I hope some people are charged with grave malfeasance…I can hardly find the words for that one…

as I conclude this evenings blogpost I´d like to mention that I like Ice-Cubes awsome tune ”Gangstarap made me do it”, its cynical and right on target.

Monday Monday, so good for me?

I am kinda like Garfield, I dont care much for mondays but personally i dislike wednesdays more than mondays for some reason and it has always been like that. Wednesdays I am usually more tired and low than other days. Why i do not know, I guess its just one of those things. Like ten or eleven years ago I bought a signed hockeycard, signed by Mark Messier (Nhl Hall of fame) and when I did i was not as well versed in the world of autographs as I am today and I bought that card very cheap, like less than 9 USD. I knew I was taking a gamble while doing so and now it turns out that I gambled and lost as it is most certantly a fake autograph. Well, you win some and lose some, but when you buy stuff you should always do your homework or ask somebody who knows anything about the area of collecting, there are many fakes out there and dont trust the certificates of Authenticithys (COA) out there. When somebody takes the time to forge an autograph, then they will have no problem printing a COA to go along with it. Well ´nuff said about that.

The European Union has now taken a decision to investigate the possibilitys for convicted inmates to be transfered to their own coutries and spend their time there, being locked up. I know sweden already have that possibility for inmates to ask for a transfer, but I guess the investigation will mean that all convicts will serve their punishments in their own countries, I dont know how that will affect countries at all, but I guess sweden will get a better economy in our justice system as 28% of our inmates are citizens of other countries. But I cant really see the whole points will EU spending millions (I think) to investigate stuff that cant be that big of a problem? Oh well.

I feel sad for Japan, when is it enough for them? They keep getting it worse and I pray that they will get the help they need and that their misery will end now and that they get the chance to rebuild their country again.

Onsdagen en legend gick bort.

Elizabeth Taylor har dött, det är ju tveklöst en av de allra största legenderna som filmvärlden producerat i modern tid. Hennes roller inkluderar det mesta från Lassiefilmer till historiska megadramer så som Cleopatra. Hon vann två oscarsstatyetter och kommer gå till historien som en av de allra största. Olika auktionsidor på internet kommer nu att svämma över av autografer från Liz, med tillhörande äkthetsintyg (COA) och 99% av dem kommer att vara oäkta, så Caveat Emptor kära läsare…Ja den typen av stjärnor växer inte på träd sen kan en person som ”svensk popstjärna”  slå sönder hur många hotellrum han vill men mer lär det inte bli i hans legendstatus. Att slå sönder ett rum på ett hotell var inte ens coolt när punkarna/hårdrockarna gjorde det förr i tiden, men idag känns det ju rent muppigt. Han är ju tvivelslöst en man med otaliga problem som jag hoppas att han får hjälp med, Jag vill inte skriva ut namnet även om jag vet vem han är så spelar det ingen roll , beteendet är ju grisigt oavsett vem det är…AF DN SVD

En annan sak jag tänkte på nu när det är vår är SD´s Jimmie Åkesson…Jag ser honom på TV ibland och som man kan förvänta sig så använder han sig av gamla klyschor och populism, men jag blir så full i skratt varje gång jag ser karlns blick. Han ser alltid förvånad och ställd ut med sina uppspärrade ögon..Jaja, jag hoppas innerligt att SD blir kortvariga i riksdagen. Svenska folket kan ju inte vara så hjärndöda att de inte inser vad de sysslar med…Jaja det blir nog bra i längden..

På det personliga planet måste jag säga att jag uppskattar den nykomna våren. I min lilla stad har vi haft solsken och plusgrader i flera dagar nu och det känns underbart, sol tinar upp både leder och sinnen och får så många att må bra. Jag längtar till sommaren.

Mammons syndrom och Göteborgsresa.

Jag hade en trevlig dag i Göteborg igår, det var en snabbvisit men ett rätt trevligt möte. Vädret var fint och det var vår i luften i den vackra staden. Om Göteborg nu är Sveriges framsida så kan man undra vad då Stockholm är? Oh well, jag ska strax till jobbet och jag är ytterst omotiverad till arbete..

Hmm, jag läste debattartikeln om att funktionshindrade personer ”utnyttjas” i tv-rutan och jag ställer mig lite undrande till det. Förvisso skriver debattören att det är bra att människor med funktionshinder synliggörs och så långt allt gott. En undran jag får dock är varför det måste anses att någon utnyttjas på grund av sitt funktionshinder? För det första så måste väl dessa personer ha en egen vilja också och vill de spela in filmer eller reklam så är det väl upp till dem kan jag tycka.  Filmer och reklamfilmer med folk utan funktionshinder är ju även de gjorda av ekonomiska intressen och då är det ju ingen som klagar. Man behöver inte dumförklara folk på grund av att de har ett funktionshinder. Personligen tycker jag att dessa program är en bra idé, dels får svenska folket se funktionshindrade människor på ett sätt som gemeneman inte sett dem innan och jag jag tror att det i längden kommer leda till en ökad förståelse och insyn i de funktionshindrades liv. Jag tror att funktionshindrade personer ofta stigmatiseras.

DN skriver att insatsen mot Libyen har en dold agenda och att detta är att säkra tillgången på olja samt att låta piloter träna på krigsflygning. Jag vet inte om det är någon nyhet att USA krigar för olja´, det har ju gått så långt att till och med den amerikanska humorserien Family Guy skojar om fenomenet. Olja (mammon) styr ganska många stora politiska beslut tror jag och det är ju rätt tragiskt. Att man sen kallar det för en humanitär insats som ska befria folket, är nog mer en undanflykt då det skulle se illa ut i den pr inriktade värld vi lever i att anfalla ett land för dess oljas skull. MEN, en despot som Gaddafi torde inte ha någon plats i dagens politik så det är väl kanske ett ömsesidigt utnyttjande på den fronten. Oil for Freedom kanske kan vara en ny slogan? Jag vill ju hoppas att olja inte är en del i politiken, men det är nog tyvärr så…1 2 3 4

En annan sak som slår mig är att nu när Sverige uppenbarligen skiter i allt vad neutralitet heter så kan vi ju lika gärna bli medlemmar i NATO med? Vi krigar ju redan så varför göra en halvmesyr? UR led är tiden.

På drift.

Idag ska jag ut på drift, jag ska ta en tripp till Göteborg och det ska bli intressant och trevligt. ON the road again typ. Jag vaknade tidigt idag, men det är inte så konstigt kanske för jag la mig ju rätt tidigt igår och jag undrar om mina nya dagliga rutiner kanske påverkar min sömn i en positiv riktning? Jag har införskaffat en enorm spruta som man ska spola rent sina bihålor med och det tycks faktiskt fungera ganska väl och relativt obehagsfritt. Jag kan rekommendera det för er som har täppta näsor och bihålor.

Rapparen Houman Sebghati och svenska freds har en bra inställning till livet tycker jag. Jag har aldrig hört talas om den där rapparen men han tycks ju ha vettiga värderingar, jag anser att en sann demokrati aldrig ska sälja vapen. Helst skulle vi inte ens behöva äga vapen, men det vore en barnslig inställning med en utopisk förhoppning om något bättre. Jag är pacifist in i själen och anser att det borde gå att få till stånd en fred i världen. Despoter som Gaddafi borde naturligtvis inte ha en plats i världspolitiken, men det borde inte bomber och vapen ha heller. Alla konflikter måste få en lösning och det borde alltid finnas en fredlig lösning på alla konflikter även om det är en svårare väg. Att dominera en annan nation eller ett folk med vapen är väl den enklaste och mest beprövade aktionen mot folk som inte förljer direktiv, men men. Libyens diktator kommer att falla, det är bara en tidsfråga. Men frågan är om han inte heller blir skjuten för han lär ju vara medveten om att han kommer bli åtalad om han blir tillfångatagen. Ett åtal leder ju minst till en mycket lång inlåsning fast en arkebusering/hängning är nog mest troligt kan jag tro…Ett par av hans söner lär nog ligga risigt till med…

Forskare har nu tänkt till och kommit fram till attt uppväxten är avgörande för om man blir kriminell eller ej, bra där. Jag undrar hur mycket pengar den forskningen kostat att bedriva. Inget nytt under solen framkom ju, att uppväxten spelar roll har man ju vetat i alla år och att det skulle vara på grund av kulturella skillnader är ju ett argument som mestadels rasistiska organisationer och partier drivit. Fast att det är felaktigt har ju alla med en intelligens högre än en fiskmås vetat hela tiden.
